First Line Wellhead Maintenance
Our first line wellhead maintenance involve the following:
- Monitor all Well Pressures-FTHP/CITHP/FLP
- Lubricate/Seal and function test gate valves
- Pressure test gate valves
- Function and Pressure test valve actuators
- Monitor Annulus and conductor pressures
- Pressure test casing/tubing hanger voids
- "X" Bushing Check
- Tubing Hanger Check
- Service swab cap
- Safety Valve function testing -SSV/DHSV)
- Record general wellhead condition (Clean, Paint, Corrosion, etc.)
Second Line Wellhead Maintenance
Second line Wellhead maintenance (WHM) and Ad-hoc jobs involve; carrying out repairs or replacement of malfunctioned wellhead components detected during or after first line WHM.
- Installation and removal of BPV's using S-10 Lubricator
- Christmas tree valves repairs or Gate and Seat assembly replacement
- Choke or Bean box replacement
- SSV pilots repair/Change or resetting
- Xmas Tree Change out after well has been killed and secured
- Maintenance of Well head Control Panels/Contro-matic unit
- Supply of Actuators, Xmas Trees and Accessories
- Supply of Valves-Gate, Ball, Globe, Check, Butterfly, Plugs
